About Holy Spirit School

The registration fee is $100.00 per family. The book fee is $150.00 per student. Book fees will not be charged until July. The FACTS Tuition Management fee of $43.00 will also be charged in July. Parents paying annually and semi-annually will submit book fees directly to Holy Spirit Catholic School. Pre-Kindergarten families that apply for Kindergarten for the 2013-2014 school year must have their 2012-2013 Pre-Kindergarten tuition current.
There will be a multiple-child discount that will be available to the Pre-School and Pre-Kindergarten programs. If a family has a child in the Full-Time School and also one in either the Pre-School/Pre-Kindergarten program, the 10% discount will apply to the tuition of that program. It will not apply to the tuition of the Full-Time School program. There will be no discounts on the supply or book fees for families with multiple children.

TUITION POLICY
Holy Spirit Parish's policy is that the parent(s) or responsible guardian(s) of student(s) enrolled in the parish school shall make tuition payments on behalf of the student(s) for whom they are responsible. Holy Spirit Catholic School has contracted with a third party tuition administrator for the 2013-2014 school year, FACTS Tuition Management. More information will be forthcoming regarding the payment process with FACTS Tuition Management. All tuition payments will begin August, 2013. Parents electing to pay annually or semi-annually will continue to make payments directly to Holy Spirit Parish.

BOOK FEES
New for 2013-2014, book fees of $150.00 per student will be due in July, 2013. Book Fees will be invoiced through our new third part tuition administrator (FACTS TUITION Management), unless parents have chosen to pay tuition in full or semi-annual payments.
Families using FACTS Tuition Management will pay a one-time $43.00 fee in July, 2013.
