APPLICATION FEE: $60.00 per student application - non-refundable.
This fee is for ALL NEW STUDENTS and must accompany the initial Application Form for each new student. The fee covers time and materials necessary to set up the student's file, to provide testing, if needed, and for data processing and mailings.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES: For NEW FAMILIES, this fee is due upon acceptance to Grace Christian School and payable within 5 working days. A $20 late fee will be assessed if registration is not paid within 5 days after acceptance. For RETURNING FAMILIES, this fee is due by MAY 1 - a $20 late fee will be assessed after May 10 (Open enrollment begins May 2; unsecured spaces will be available to new families). Registration fees are non-refundable after June 11.
Registration Fees can only be accepted if tuition payments are up to date for the current year.

Pre-School/Pre-Kindergarten: $100.00 per student
Kindergarten: $150.00 per student
Elementary (1st - 5th grade): $350.00 per student
Middle School (6th - 8th grade): $450.00 per student

Fees cover these instructional expenses:
Individual student school day insurance
TerraNova Testing
Purchase of textbooks, printing, supplies, equipment & communications
Library - Media - Technology
School membership in ACSI & NWAC

TUITION FEES:
Pre-School/Pre-K (3 day) - 1st/2nd student: $1,825.00
Pre-School/Pre-K (3 day) - 3rd student: $1,690.00
PS/PK/K (5 day) - 1st/2nd student: $3,045.00
PS/PK/K (5 day) - 3rd student: $2,700.00
Elementary - 1st student (1st-5th grade): $4,470.00
Elementary - 2nd student (1st-5th grade): $3,745.00
Elementary - 3rd student (1st-5th grade): $3,405.00
Middle School - 1st student (6th-8th grade): $5,645.00
Middle School - 1st student (if older sibling is enrolled at Cascade Christian High): $5,300.00
Middle School 2nd student (6th-8th grade): $4,700.00

** There are 10 and 12 month payment plans available! **

The oldest student at GCS is the 1st student.
Tuition Payments are due by the 1st of each month; a late fee of $20.00 will be assessed after the 10th of the month.
*The 10 month plan begins on July 1, 2012. Monthly payment amounts reflect a slight additional cost for the convenience of spreading payments over time as opposed to paying tuition in full. New families enrolling after July will have their monthly tuition recalculated. Due to bookkeeping issues, Financial Aid recipients will be on the 10 month plan.
**The 12 month plan begins May 1st, 2012. This plan combines the Registration Fee, tuition and a service charge. To be considered for this plan the first payment must begin May 1, 2012 and the last payment will be April 1, 2013. A late fee of $20.00 will be assessed after the 10th of the month. The Registration Fee included in this plan is non-refundable.
***Full tuition must be received by June 22, or the student will be placed on the 10 month payment plan.
STARTING DATE/AGE DEADLINES:
Pre-School: 3 years old by September 1, 2012
Pre-K Students: 4 years old by September 1, 2012
Kindergarten: 5 years old by September 1, 2012
First Grade: 6 years old by September 1, 2012
