NEW FAMILIES TUITION RATES AND RELATED FEES
TUITION
Tuition is based on the academic year. For the convenience of payment, it is divided into ten equal installments.
-The first scheduled payment is due July 1st, 2013 and the remaining payments are due on the first of each month continuing through April 2014.
-A 5% discount is offered for lump sum tuition payments made in advance for the school year. Payments will be made via FACTS Tuition Management Services using a credit card/bank draft.
-Included in the tuition fee are activity fees that consist of but are not limited to the following: Resource Fee, Standardized Testing Fee, Laboratory Fee, Science Fee, Ministries Fee and Insurance Fee.
-A $30.00 late fee is applied for any payments received after the sixth day of the month.
The following is the tuition and fee schedule for the 2013-2014 School Year.
PreK 2 (3 day program): $3,900.00 per school year ($390.00 per month for 10 months).
Preschool (1/2 day, 5 days): $5,000.00 per school year($500.00 per month for 10 months).
PK4 Full Day Program: $6,500.00 per school year ($650.00 per month for 10 months).
Kinder through Fourth Grades: $6,500.00 per school year ($650.00 per month for 10 months)for one child.
Fifth through Eighth Grades: $6,900.00 per school year ($690.00 per month for 10 months)
Multiple Child Discount: Three or more students receive a 5% discount per additional child.
RELATED FEES
- REGISTRATION FEES: $400.00 per student. These fees are billed through FACTS Management and due at the time of registration. They are non-refundable.
- EARLY CHILDHOOD FEES: $200.00 per student in preschool and kindergarten. This fee will be billed as an incidental fee through FACTS Management in August of 2013.
- TECHNOLOGY FEES: $150.00 per student in first through eighth grades. This fee will be billed as an incidental fee through FACTS Management in August 2013.
- APPLICATION FEE: A fee of $50.00 per family (for new families only) is payable at the time of the initial application and is non-refundable.
- NEW STUDENT TESTING FEE: $50.00 per child (for new students only). This fee must be paid at the time of testing and is non-refundable.
COVENANT SCHOOL ENDOWMENT FEE
New families enrolling at St. Louis Covenant School will pledge $2,500.00 to the Covenant School Education Endowment Fund. This fee is payable over two years as follows: $1,000.00 is payable upon acceptance to the Covenant School. On July 1, 2013 an additional $500.00 is due, followed by a payment of $500.00 on January
1, 2014. A final payment of $500.00 will be due on January 1,2015. Families may opt to pay the Endowment Fee in full at any time during the course of the two years after initial acceptance.
