NOTE: All fees are non-refundable.
EXISTING STUDENTS: Registration for returning students will begin January 9, 2012. To reserve a
place for the 2012-2013 school year, the Registration Fee must accompany a completed School
Enrollment Form. The Registration Fee is a non-refundable. The balance of the Enrollment Fees is
due no later than June 1, 2012. Registration for new students will begin February 1, 2012.
NEW STUDENTS: K-5 - 8th grade are charged a Testing Fee ($25.00). The Registration Fee ($100.00)
and Testing Fee ($25.00) must be paid at time of Registration. These fees are non-refundable.
You will be notified of testing dates.
TUITION: Tuition is a fixed amount for the annual school term and is paid in 10 equal payments,
(August - May). The 1st payment is due August 1, 2012 and the last payment May 1, 2013
K- 4 thru 8th Grade $3000.00 = 10 payments X $300.00 monthly
For families with two or more children, there is a 10% discount on each additional child's tuition.
Families with two or more children pay one Building Fee.
There is 5% discount (tuition only) if full tuition and fees are paid in full by August 1, 2012.
MISCELLANEOUS FEES:
Athletic Fee: $75.00 per sport (6th - 8th grades only)
PAYMENT: We do not send monthly statements for tuition. Tuition is due on the first day of each
month, beginning in August 1, 2012 and the final payment is due May 1, 2013. (There is a
$20.00 late fee if payment is received after the 10th of the month). Any time tuition is
delinquent more than 59 days, the student will not be allowed to return to school.
There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks. After the check has been returned, money
orders or cash will be required as payment.
Lunch and/or snack money cannot be included in a tuition or day care fee check.

KINDERGARTEN: Students MUST be age 4 by September 1, 2012 for K-4 and age 5 by September 1,
2012 for K-5.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE: School hours for K-4 and K-5 are 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. K-4 and K-5
students not picked up by 2:45 p.m. will be placed in Daycare and charged. First through Fifth
grade school hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. First through Fifth graders not picked up by 3:00
p.m. will be placed in Daycare and charged. Sixth through Eighth grade school hours are 8:00
a.m. until 2:45 p.m. Sixth through Eighth graders not picked up by 3:00 P.M. will be placed in
Daycare and charged. Day Care fees will be billed weekly. You pay only for the days actually
used. A Day Care Registration form must be completed when registering your child for school
