TUITION FEES AND INFORMATION
(For New Families)
Tuition Rates*:
*Parents/Guarantors are liable to pay the full tuition irrespective of early withdrawal from the school.

Yearly Tuition Rate (Sept. 2012 - June 2013)
Pre-Kindergarten: $6825.00
Kindergarten through Five: $6200.00
Six through Eight: $6540.00
Nine through Twelve: $7825.00

Yearly Rate (Sept. 2012 - June 2013)
Morning Care (8:00 am - 8:50 am for Pre-K and KG students): $650.00 ($65.00 a month per child)
After School Care (3:00 pm - 4:30 pm): $650.00 ($65.00 a month per child)

Tuition Discount Rates
Please note that in determining the total tuition amount for families having more than one child, the full tuition payment will be applied towards the highest tuition to be paid. Parents have the option of paying the full tuition for each child without the sibling discount, and receiving a donation letter at the end of the year for the discount amount not taken.

First: None
Second: 10%

Deposit and Fees:
A 10% Tuition Deposit is required with your Registration Application. This deposit will be refunded if your child/children are not accepted by Noor-Ul-Iman School. If your child/children are accepted by Noor-Ul-Iman School and you withdraw your Application, the 10% Tuition Deposit will not be refunded. A book fee of $100 per student in KG - 12th grade, and science lab fees of $50 per student in 6th - 8th grade and/or $75 per student in 9th - 11th grade will be due upon acceptance.

One Time Family Enrollment Fee:
This $2000.00 fee is paid only once, the first time a family has a child accepted at Noor-Ul-Iman School. It is due at the time of admission.

Community Construction:
$300 per student - Payment is due at the time of registration or in installments over 10 months ($30 per month). It is also tax-deductible.

ayment Arrangements:
All payments must be made in person at the Accounting Office, or by sending a check to Noor-Ul-Iman School, PO Box 271, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, or by authorizing automatic payment by credit card or direct withdrawal. Payments must be received on or before the fifth of the month in order to avoid a late fee.
a) In Full - Payment of the entire balance is due at the beginning of the school year, on or before September 12, 2012.
b) Twice Per Year - The first payment is due at the beginning of the school year, on or before September 12, 2012. The second payment is due at mid-year, on or before January 4, 2013.
c) Nine Monthly Installments - Monthly payments will be arranged for a nine-month pperiod, September through May. Monthly payments are due on or before the 5th of the month. Please note that there will be an additional processing fee of $10.00 for each monthly installment.

Late Fee:
Payments received after the tenth day of the month shall be subject to a late fee charge of 10% of the total invoice. In addition, a letter will be sent to the parents advising them that their child's/children's enrollment will be terminated if the total payment is not received in full by the 5th of the second month (including the second month's tuition).
ISCJ Membership (if applicable) and Facility Use Fee:
In order to use the ISCJ facility we are required to ask each family to pay a $400.00 ISCJ membership fee or a $400.00 facility fee. This fee must be paid at the time of registration. This is paid only once in a school year.
Returned Checks:
There will be a $50.00 fee charged for each returned check.
Morning Care:
Morning Care is available for Pre-Kindergartners and Kindergartners from 8:00 am to 8:50 am, Monday through Friday, on a yearly or daily basis. On a yearly basis, the fee is $650.00 a year for each child. The full $650.00 may be paid at the beginning of the school year (by September 12, 2012), or it may be paid in the same manner you pay your tuition (twice per year or monthly). The discounted yearly rate is only available when you enroll your child for the full year. On a daily basis, the fee is $7.00 per day for each child and you will be billed at the end of each month.
After School Care:
After School Care is available between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm for Noor-Ul-Iman School students on a yearly or daily basis. On a yearly basis, the fee is $650.00 a year for each child. The full $650.00 may be paid at the beginning of the school year (by September 12, 2012), or it may be paid in the same manner you pay your tuition (twice per year or monthly). The discounted yearly rate is only available when you enroll your child for the full year. On a daily basis, the fee is $7.00 per day for each child and you will be billed at the end of each month. After School Care is not available on early dismissal days.
Re-entry Fee for Extended Vacations:
Parents will be charged a $250 fee for each child in KG and above who misses more than five consecutive
days of school due to a family trip, up to a maximum of $500 per family per extended absence.
