2012 - 2013 School Year Tuition / Fee Information
REGISTRATION FEE:
For all returning students, the Registration Fee of $100 per student is due by Monday, April 2. After April 2, the Registration Fee will be $200. For incoming freshmen and transfer students, the Registration Fee is $100 per student and is due upon registration as a student at St. Mary Catholic Central.
The Registration Fee is non-refundable, unless the family applies for financial aid. If the family and SMCC's President cannot come to an acceptable arrangement regarding demonstrated financial need, the fee will be refunded to them.
Financial aid applications are to be postmarked no later than Wednesday, February 15, 2012. All registration fees are non-refundable after Friday, June 15.

TUITION:
Tuition is payable by check, money order, or cash; payment by MasterCard and Visa is accepted with a convenience fee of 2.5% will be added to the transaction. Tuition for the 2012-13 school year if paid in full by Monday, July 2nd is:
-$7,590 for the first student attending SMCC,
-$6,831 (10% discount) for the second student attending concurrently,
-$6,072 (20% discount) for the third student attending concurrently, and
-$3,795 (50% discount) for the fourth student attending concurrently.

Please note the following:
-If a family takes out a loan through SallieMae or any other Financial Institution, the loan payment must be received by SMCC no later than Monday, July 2nd to qualify for these rates.
-If a family enrolls in the automatic draft program (ACH) or is approved for special payment arrangements, please add a $200 convenience fee per student to the tuition amounts. Please contact the SMCC Business Manager at 734-241-7622 x 155 for more information regarding the automatic draft program.
-A signed Tuition Contract with selected payment option must be on file with the Business Office no later than Monday, July 2nd.

PARENT SERVICE HOURS:
Each family is required to complete 10 hours of verified service to SMCC or SMCC-related activities between June 1 and May 31. Families may not bank hours for subsequent years. Service hours are to be completed by parents of students only. Partial hours of service are rounded up to the nearest half hour. Families may not transfer hours to other school families. A family will be billed $30, not to exceed $300, for each uncompleted hour of service on the subsequent year's tuition and fee statement. A non-inclusive list of volunteer opportunities is available on the Parent Information page at www.smccmonroe.com. Family Service Hour Verification Forms are available on the school website under Contents on the Parent Information page or in the School Office.
