* Curriculum fees are not optional and are a ˜direct cost' item determined by the cost of books, material and other educational resources (eg. field trips). The curriculum fee is generally due in June prior to the school year.

** Although students are encouraged to try out for NCA Eagle teams, athletics are optional. NCA High School Athletics fee covers additional expenses; referees, facility rental & equipment.

Volunteer Service Requirement
Volunteering is a rewarding way for parents to be involved at NCA. Each family is required to participate in 24 hour of volunteer service per year (8 hours minimum in the area of cleaning or maintenance) If this requirement is not fulfilled by June 1st of the current school year there will be an additional $250.00 fee added to your families account.

Tuition Payment
Choices are Full payment, Semi-Annual Payment, and Monthly Payments through FACTS and the ability to include a July Student Fee Payment.

Full payment- Payment in full must be received by the 5th of August before the current school year.

Payments through FACTS- NCA uses FACTS Tuition Management in administrating tuition payments.
