*Families budgeting monthly tuition payments through FACTS Management Company authorize automatic bank payments directly from either a checking or savings account. Please be assured that neither FACTS nor Holy Family will have direct access to or any knowledge about the status of this bank account. It is simply a pre-authorized bank-to-bank transfer of funds. There is a $38 per year, per family charge for using this option and a $30 penalty if funds are not available for automatic withdrawal. You may choose to pay on the 5th or 20th of the month and choose a 10- or 12-month payment plan (August through May for the 10-month plan and June through May for the 12-month plan). Families enrolling for the first time may do so on line at holyfamilyeagles.com. Use the drop down list under œAbout  on the œCurrent Families  page. The last drop down item is œTuition Management.  Press the FACTS logo and follow the instructions.

Hot lunch is available for the full-day programs but is charged separately at the rate of $2.60 per student.

2012-13 Aftercare Rates
Daily rate is $3.70 per hour per child.
Billing Times and Daily Charges
2:55 - 3:15 NO CHARGE
3:15 - 4:00 $3.70 per child
3:15 - 5:00 $7.40 per child
3:15 - 6:00 $11.10 per child
Important Notice: All children must be clocked out by a parent or designee each day from Aftercare. Failure to do so will result in an automatic full-day charge of $11.10 per child for that day. Please make sure you or your designated pick-up person clocks your child(ren) out properly. Thanks!
