About Immaculate Conception School

Tuition for 2013-2014 school year will be paid by:
Option 1 - Full payment due July 1, 2013. $100 additional fee for payment received after due date.
Option 2 - Two* equal payments due June & November via FACTS. $100 additional ICS fee. FACTS enrollment fee of $10 debited to your account by FACTS.
Option 3 - FACTS nine* monthly payment plan beginning in June. $100 additional ICS fee. FACTS enrollment fee of $38 debited to your account by FACTS.
(If you are currently using FACTS, enrollment will be automatic. New families to FACTS will be notified as to FACTS signup procedure)
Past due payments are subject to late fees
*Payments will be debited by FACTS on either 5th or the 20th of the month

Tuition Refund Policy: (There is no refund on registration fees)
1. After August 7, 2013, ¾ of the annual tuition will be refunded.
2. After the start of school up until November 20, 2013, ½ the annual tuition will be refunded.
3. After November 20, 2013, No refund.

Tuition amounts exclude non-Catholic charge of $300 per student.
