PRE-SCHOOL TUITION
2 DAYS PER WEEK: ($75.00 per week) but billed monthly at $300 per installment
3 DAYS PER WEEK: ($110.00 per week) but billed monthly at $440 per installment
4 DAYS PER WEEK: ($150.00 per week) but billed monthly at $600.00 per installment
5 DAYS PER WEEK: ($175.00 per week) but billed monthly at $700.00 per installment
Kindergarten and Year to Grow tuition: $425.00 per installment (billed monthly)
After-School care: $8.00 until 4 PM $16.00 until 6 PM
Tuition is to be paid at the School Office by the FIFTEENTH (15) of each month, beginning in August. You can pay at the School Office by cash, or electronically by check, or by credit/debit card. The tuition is as follows:
Tuition fees are paid in 10 (ten) MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS from August, 2012 through May 2013.

Re-registration fee: $35.00
Billing Service: $30.00 per family
Curriculum (books and printed materials): $55.00 per child
Health: $35.00 per family
Supplies: $25.00 per child
Bounced Check - There is a $20.00 fee if check is returned from bank.
SIBLING DISCOUNT AVAILABLE
Parents are responsible to pay as indicated on their registration form, regardless of whether or not your child attends. The only exception is a doctor's note for a 2 week uninterrupted absence.
ADMISSION POLICY
The following are the requirements for admission of a child into Camp Auxilium Pre-K, K, and Year to Grow Programs:
Minimum age 3 years old (by October 1, 2012)
Fully potty-trained
Basic overall motor skills and physical coordination readiness
Ability and willingness to follow simple directions
Signed Parent Handbook acceptance of school policies and a willingness to collaborate actively with the school during the child's educational process.
Health history information, including ALL IMMUNIZATIONS RECEIVED and a physical examination done within 6 months prior to admission (no physicals should be done before April, 2012). All Health records must be in the school's possession on Orientation Day, August, 2012 in order for your child to begin school on Thursday, September 1, 2012.
Preference is accorded to children who have siblings already attending Camp Auxilium Learning Center. All other applications are subject to place availability within the recommended class size limits. The Administration reserves the right to withhold admission from children who demonstrate a lack of readiness to adjust to the school environment, to group interaction, or to any of the above-mentioned requirements.
