2013-2014 Tuition and Fees
Fees
For new students only, an application fee of $100 is due with the Student Application. Upon acceptance, a $200 enrollment fee is due. The fee will increase to $300 if not paid within 7 days of notifi cation of acceptance.
A $200 enrollment fee is due with the application for each re-enrolling student. Open enrollment begins January 28 and classes will then be fi lled as applications are accepted. If re-enrollment is paid by January 25, the fee is only $175 per child.
If the enrollment fee is not paid by May 23, 2013 the fee will increase to $300.

Tuition
The monthly payment is simply the tuition divided by ten. Book fees are included in the tuition.
Payment in full: by July 1, 2013 — 10 month plan: payments made July - April

PAYMENT
K4 - K5 8:00 - 2:30: $4360
Grades 1 - 5 8:00 - 2:30: $5140
Grades 6 - 8 8:00 - 3:00: $6220
Grades 9 - 12 8:00 - 3:00: $6590

Extension Services for K4-Grade 8
Extension services are available ONLY on school days. Before school extension is available beginning at 7:00 a.m. at no charge.
Two options are available for after school care. The total cost is a fl at rate regardless of the number of hours used. Invoices are not sent for Extension Services; however, late fees will be invoiced. Extension must be added to your FACTS payment.

PAYMENT
Half-time 2:30 - 4:30: $1100
Full-time 2:30 - 6:00: $1950

FACTS Management
All monthly payments must be made via electronic funds transfer to FACTS Tuition Management. Parents may choose to have payments drafted on the 5th, 15th, or 20th of the month. The annual fee for this service is $41 per family. Each student must be signed up for FACTS by June 14. If signing up after July 1, the balance must be current. Students will not be able to begin classes in August until the July tuition is paid and the family is enrolled in FACTS.
You should sign and date the Cathedral FACTS Policy, make a copy for yourself, and send the original back with your re-enrollment form and a check for the re-enrollment fee.

Fees, Tuition, and Extension payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
