FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY:
The APPLICATION & TESTING FEE ($40) is due with Student Application Form. This fee is non-refundable.
The ENROLLMENT FEE ($250) is due at enrollment upon successful completion of the entrance interview and admissions testing. This fee is non-refundable.

NOTES
Returning students, their siblings, and members of Northwood Church are given priority enrollment through March 15. ENROLLMENT FEE is to be paid at the time application is made for re-enrollment. This fee is non-refundable. Priority enrollment is forfeited if the Student Re-enrollment Form and $150 fee are not received by March 15, 2013.
TUITION will be charged in ten or twelve equal, monthly installments beginning in June or August and ending in May.
Past due payment(s) will result in suspension of services until payment is made.
Prior to the transferring of student records and transcript, all school and child care fees must be paid, and school-owned materials returned.
Student\'s use of Northwood Academy extended care or Summer\'sCool service is charged separately.
Members of Northwood Church are eligible for a 20% tuition discount. This discount is approved annually for active members (evidenced by faithful attendance and systematic tithing).

Pre-school Tuition and Fees (Effective June 1, 2013)
REGISTRATION FEE: $75.00/year
NURSERY & TODDLER classes (under 18 months old): $185.00/week
EARLY ED (EE) 2 class (18+ months old) or EE3 class (2 years old before Sep 1): $182.00/week
LI'L K(3 years old before Sep 1): $168.00/week
PRE-K(4 years old before Sep 1) - full time rate OR - school-term rate: $168.00/week OR $500/month (Aug - May)

PRE-SCHOOL FINANCIAL POLICIES
ƒ The REGISTRATION FEE is charged annually, the first week of June.
ƒ The WEEKLY SERVICE FEE is due by Friday of the week it is charged to the student account. The weekly, fulltime enrollment option provides extended-day (6:30AM - 6:00PM), year-round education and child care services.
ƒ MONTHLY, SCHOOL-TERM TUITION is due by the 1st Friday of the month (August - May). School-term tuition will be charged in ten equal, monthly installments on the 3rd Friday of the prior month (July - April). The schoolterm enrollment option follows the Northwood Academy (Lower) School calendar for kindergarten school days
(school breaks, holidays, half-days) and hours (8:00 - 2:45).
Discounts for holidays/daily absences are not offered The Pre-school is closed during Christmas week; there is no charge for that week.
ƒ LATE FEES are assessed on past due balances at 9AM on Monday (or on Tuesday following a Monday holiday).
Late fees are 10% of the past due balance and become part of the balance due. Service will be suspended for nonpayment.
ƒ An AFTER-HOURS FEE of $15 per 15 minutes (or any increment thereof) will be charged for service provided beyond the scheduled hours of operation.
ƒ Two weeks of VACATION CREDIT is available each pre-school year (June 1 - May 31) to children enrolled full-time (weekly rate). Vacation credit is for absences of 5 consecutive service days and may be used for illness. A credit will be applied to the account when vacation is registered in the business office.
