FEE PAYMENT
The Registration Fee secures a place for your child and is non-refundable.
The Security Deposit, due upon enrollment, is non-refundable but will be credited as a final tuition payment on June 15 if the child's enrollment continues until the end of the school year. A Material's Fee is invoiced the first regular billing cycle. Field trips and performances at school are charged to the family account to cover the cost to the school.
TUITION PAYMENT POLICY
One-tenth of the yearly tuition is billed the fifteenth of each month (August - April) with payment due within 30 days from date of invoice. A discount is available on request for payment of the annual tuition upon enrollment.
Tuition is payable in advance and continues during student absences.
Accounts 30 days overdue are charged 10% interest.
Limited scholarships and second child discounts are available and must be applied for and renewed annually.
Each family is asked to make an annual contribution to our Campaign for the Future which we use to make capital improvements to the school.
CHILD CARE HOURS AND FEES
Infants to 24 months
Morning: 7:00 a.m. until class begins. Afternoon: After class until 5:30 p.m.
Fee: Infants to 24 months $ 7.50 per hour per child
Children 3 years old and older
Morning: 7:00 a.m. until class begins. Afternoon: After class until 5:30 p.m.
Children 2 years old
Morning: 7:00 a.m. until class begins. Afternoon: After class until 3:00 p.m. or by arrangement with staff.
Fee: Children over 24 months $ 4.75 per hour for one child
$ 8.50 per hour for two children
$12.00 per hour for three children
Child care hours are compiled monthly and added to your tuition bill.
