ADMISSION
Guardian Angel School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic
origin. Our school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, and national or ethic origin in the administration of its education policies or other school-administered programs.
Guardian Angel is open primarily to the children of our parish family. Admission
of Catholics from other parishes and/or members of other faiths, who are actively
involved in their faith community, will be based on the discretion of the pastor and principal.

Admission Requirements include:
1. A child must be 5 years of age on or before August 1 of that school
year to enter Kindergarten
2. Birth Certificate and Social Security Number
3. Health record including dates of all immunizations as required by
Missouri law.
4. A Baptismal Record if the child was not baptized at Guardian
Angel.
5. Willingness on the part of parents to uphold all school policies and
to support the school in its financial endeavors. Transfer Students are required to have their previous school records sent to Guardian Angel.

TUITION POLICY
The cost of educating one child is over $4,500 per year, which is the shared
responsibility of the parish family. Parents are asked to make every effort to assist the parish in this responsibility and are expected to pay their child's tuition. The amount of tuition is evaluated each year by the School Board and subject to change. Tuition is to be paid in full at the beginning of the school year. If this is not possible, a family may choose a Payment Plan that is conducive to their budget. A form is provided at the beginning of each school year for this purpose.
It is the mission of Guardian Angel School to provide a Catholic education to all
children of active parish members. A parent requesting tuition assistance must contact the Principal or Pastor, and this family must be an active and supporting member of the parish and school community. Failure to make payments according to your signed contract agreement will result in a 10% late fee assessed to your account. Final grades/transcripts will be held at the end of the year if balances are still owed and arrangements have not been made with the pastor or principal. Guardian Angel School Board and the pastor have the right to deny a student enrollment based upon non-payment of tuition and/or fees according to the family's signed contract. This will be evaluated each semester. All outstanding indebtedness to the school must be paid in full by May 15 before enrollment for the following year can take place.

*In order to receive Parishioner rate you must be a registered member of Guardian
Angel parish, attend Sunday Mass regularly, and contribute to the parish in the regular collection envelopes. Active parishioners may be eligible for tuition assistance, if needed.

BOOK BILLS
All Book bills should be paid at registration and must be paid by the first day of school before a student may receive his or her schoolbooks. Fees are $185 per student.
All checks returned to us due to insufficient funds will be subject to cover the
bank fee(s).
