REGISTRATION FINANCIAL INFORMATION
2012 - 2013
Application $50.00 All NEW students are required to pay an application fee of $50.00. This fee is nonrefundable and due with the application.
Registration $255.00 This fee finances various administrative costs, reserves a classroom seat, and covers the cost of student insurance, accreditation memberships, achievement
testing, athletic event passes, library usage, computer set-up, yearbook, etc. It is
due upon acceptance and is non-refundable unless the school is unable to enroll the student.

Book & Supply
Kindergarten- 8th Grade $285.00 Due by July 2nd (or two payments 6/1/12 & 7/2/12). This non-refundable fee covers school-owned and consumable textbooks, and some classroom supplies.
High School $459.00 A $25.00 late fee will be assessed if book fees are not paid by 7/2/12.
International Student Fee $510.00 This non-refundable fee covers the application and I-20 paperwork expenses.
Senior Fee $102.00 This non-refundable fee covers graduation and transcript request expenses.
Other Fees Varies Lab and athletic fees assessed as needed.

K - 5th Grade $5,763.00
6th - 8th Grade $6,222.00
High School $6,477.00
Please Note: Tuition and all book fees must be current in order for a student to attend the first day of class. Any monthly tuition payment not made by the 10th of the month will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. If a student withdraws from FCA, the full tuition
to the end of the month is required.
*All international students will be assessed an additional $1,000 in tuition.
**Any additional discounts, such as sibling or active church member, will be calculated at the time of registration. Only one discount is available per family with the exception of a payment plan discount.

Plan A: Payments 1, Discount 3%, Due Dates 2 July 12, Paid To School
Plan B***: Payments 2, Discount 2%, Due Dates 2 July 12 and 3 Dec 12, Paid To School
Plan C: Payments 10, Due Dates July 12 through April 13, Paid To FTM, Enrollment Deadline 1 June 12
Plan D: Payments 12, Due Dates June 12 through May 13, Paid To FTM, Enrollment Deadline 1 May 12
We offer 4 tuition payment plans for your convenience. Please select the payment plan that best suits you.
***If plan B second payment is not made by December 3rd, you will automatically forfeit your discount.
Plans C and D use FTM for monthly electronic payments. All tuition payments made with cash, check or debit card will receive a 2% discount

APPLICATION, REGISTRATION AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Should a student be withdrawn from Faith Christian Academy for any reason, none of these fees are refunded in whole or in part.
