*Affiliated Tuition Rates apply to parishioners registered at St. Patrick or Blessed Trinity Parishes. To receive the Affiliated rate, a Parish Verification Form must be submitted when you register.
**Non-Affiliated Tuition Rates apply to all others.

The Registration Fee per family is $50 for the Month of February, $75 for the Month of March, and $100 for April and beyond.
This yearly fee is payable at registration and is non-refundable.

DISCOUNTS, INCENTIVES, and TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
3% Discount: Any family with children in grades K-5 will receive a 3% Discount off of their Tuition for Full Tuition Payment on or postmarked by August 1, 2012.
Ambassador Program: Any current K-5 Family who refers a new family in Grades K-5 will receive a $500 credit toward their tuition. The new family MUST register and remain in the school through December 2012. The $500 Credit will appear on the January 2013 Tuition Statement. (The attached Ambassador Form MUST be completed and returned to the office as instructed to receive this discount.)
Tuition Scholarship Assistance: Financial Aid is available for those families who need assistance for tuition. See the enclosed Tuition Scholarship Application in your packet for more details.

LATE FEES & WAIVERS
Tuition Payments will be considered late if not received by the tenth of the month. If your payment is not received by the 10th of the month, you will be notified that a $25.00 Late Fee will be added to your Tuition Account. Diocesan policy states that if tuition payments are 60 days late, you may be asked to remove your child from school. Report Cards will be withheld and Transcripts will not be transferred if Tuition is not paid in full by June 1st, 2013.
Note: If at any time you are unable to meet your financial commitment to the school, please call the principal at 687-1770 so that payment arrangements may be worked out with you on an individual basis. Sometimes unforeseen situations come up in all of our lives that we have no control over.

NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF)
A $20 fee will be charged to an account for the return of a check due to non-sufficient funds. Returned checks will be redeposited one time. Checks will not be accepted from families whose account has had three (3) checks returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds. In this case only cash will be accepted.

REFUNDS
Registration fees are not refundable, except in the case of extenuating circumstances.
(example: moving out of the area, loss of employment, etc.)
If an account has a credit balance at the time of withdrawal, a refund check will be issued.
