- Second Child Discount 10% off tuition

- Fourth (or more) Child Discount Tuition waived

Payment Schedule
- First Tuition Installment of 5% of tuition balance due by April 30.
- Second Tuition Installment of 10% of tuition balance due by June 29.
- All installment payments are non-refundable
- There will be a $100 re-enrollment fee per family for missing the April 30 installment deadline.
- 10-month plan schedule begins in August and ends in May and is due by the 20th of the month to avoid late fees.
- 12-month plan schedule begins in July and ends in June. This plan requires automatic bank drafts.
- Semester payment plan: Semester 1 payment is due June 29; Semester 2 payment is due December 14.
- Payments may be made by check or credit card (VISA and MasterCard).
Payment Discount
- There is a 5% tuition discount for paying a full year in advance on or before June 29.
- There is a 3% tuition discount for paying Semester I in full by June 29.
- There is a 3% tuition discount for paying Semester II in full by December 14.

Tuition Insurance plan
- The Tuition Insurance Plan is mandatory for families on the 10-month, 12-month, or semester payment plans and is due by August 1.
- Cost of Tuition Insurance Plan is per student: $125 for kindergarten, $130 for Grades 1-5, $135 for Grades -8, and $145 for Grades 9-12.
- This program is optional for those families paying in full.
- Brochures outlining the details of the Tuition Insurance Plan are available in the office.

Extended Care
- Available for Kindergarten through Grade 5: 6:30-8:00 AM and 3:00-5:30 PM
- Available for Grades 6-12: 2:30-5:30 PM
- $4.25 per hour or $90 per month (if contract is purchased in advance). Please contact the school office for further details. Payment of Extended Care charges MUST remain current to continue participation in the program.

Please Note
- Tuition discount may not exceed 50% of total annual tuition.
- The child in the highest grade (Kindergarten through Grade 12) will be considered the first child for multiple-student discount purposes.
- Re-enrolling students have priority for classroom space before April 29. After April 29 enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- All financial commitments to CCA from previous years must be paid before re-enrollment will be accepted.
