Extended Care Fees
Extended Care charges are $8 per family per session and are billed monthly. Extended Care is due on the first of each month and is paid directly to Liberty Christian Academy.

Tuition Management Fees
Semi-annual and monthly payments are handled through FACTS via automatic withdrawals from your financial institution. A $38 annual fee per FACTS account will be deducted by FACTS for families paying tuition on a monthly basis. The fee is $10 for semi-annual payments.

Referral Credit
You will receive a $100 credit when a family enrolls that you have referred to Liberty Christian Academy. This credit will be given after the new student has been enrolled for two months. The family must fill out a Referral Form and present it to the Business Office at time of enrollment. The referring family is limited to one referral credit per year.
