Tuition and Financial Guide

Covenant delivers a high quality education and we strive to do that at a reasonable cost to parents. Below, you will find information about the cost of a Covenant education.

Application Fee
A $50 application fee must accompany an application for admission.
A $150 application fee must accompany an international application for admission.

Tuition Deposit
The tuition deposit is due April 1st and secures a child's place in the desired class and is nonrefundable. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to total tuition due and is not an additional cost.
Pre-Kindergarten - $500
Grades K-12 - $1,000
International Students - $1,000

Technology Fee
The technology fee is required by every student and will be added to the total tuition.
Pre-Kindergarten - $175

Fine Arts Program Fees -
Instrumental Music - Weekly Lesson and Participation in Band - $650
Instrumental Music - Concert Band / Jazz Band Participation without a weekly lessons - $65
Instrumental Music - Worship Band - $35
Vocal Music - HS Chorale - $40
Theater Arts - Drama Participation (per production) - $50
Theater Arts - Musical Participation (per production) - $60

Athletics Team Sports Program
Athletics (per sport, per season) MS: $175, HS: $200

Textbooks
Textbooks are included in the price of tuition.

Optional Expenses
Optional expenses may include field trips, extended class trips, After School Activities, before and after school care, and the hot lunch program.

Tuition Payment Schedule
We contract with FACTS Tuition Management for the collection of tuition payments. FACTS provides families with the following options: four quarterly payments or ten monthly payments.

With FACTS, families can enroll in an ACH payment plan from a checking or savings account, administered by FACTS. Payments are then electronically withdrawn from the family\'s account on the fifth of the month from June 5th through March 5th (on the 10 month plan) or on June 5th, August 5th, October 5th and December 5th on the quartley plan.
