In order to qualify for the œCalvary Family  Rate, you must regularly attend and support Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia for a minimum of one year. Please be sure your support/donation to Calvary Chapel is given in a way that is recordable.
THIRD CHILD DISCOUNT: $500 OFF ANNUAL TUITION
FOURTH CHILD DISCOUNT: The œFourth Child Discount  allows the fourth child in a family to attend CCA tuition free (Book and Supply Fee is due).

BOOK & SUPPLY FEE (DUE FRIDAY JUNE 1, 2012):
Elementary, Pre-School-Grade 6: $300.00
Jr. High, Grades 7 & 8: $350.00
High School, Grades 9-12: $400.00

ELEMENTARY RESOURCE ROOM $1,500.00

BASIC SKILLS (Jr./Sr. High): There will be an additional charge of $300.00 for each course. Basic Skills courses are offered in the core subjects of English, Science, Math, and Social Studies. This also applies to the œDirected Study  class. These courses may include former Resource Room students as well as those who were not in the RR.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. One Payment: 100% tuition is due before Wednesday
August 1st (2% discount).
2. 10 monthly payments are due August through May between the 1st and 10th of the month.

MID-YEAR ENTRY:
When a student enters the school during the year, tuition will be charged for each month the student is registered (regardless of the number of days in attendance the first month) on the basis of 1/10th of the annual tuition. The first payment will also include the appropriate Book and Supply Fee amount.

Athletic Fee: $150 per sport/per season - exceptions: Football $200, Cheerleading $200 for 2 seasons
Before/After School Care Fee: $6 per hour, payable weekly ($1/minute after 6:00PM)
Bad Check/Insufficient Funds Fee: $35
Dance Class Fee: $500 (includes recital dress) Parents will need to provide shoes, leotard, etc
Drivers Education Fee: $300
Late Fee: $35 (for tuition paid past the 10th of the month)
Re-Admittance Fee: $50 (This fee is for any student who withdraws from school, then re-enrolls. This covers the paperwork and processing involved. This is not in addition to the application fee.)
Re-Registration Fee: $50
Senior Ski Trip Fee: $200
Club Fee: $30 - Elementary and Jr/Sr High School

MISCELLANEOUS: No re-registration will be accepted if there is a balance due on the
account. Book and Supply Fees are not refundable after the first week of school. Re-registration or application fees are not refundable. If your child is withdrawn during the course of the school year, you will be charged for the total days that your child was enrolled.
