**Children enrolled in this class will be placed according to birth dates from the oldest enrolled to the maximum number of students in the class.

*A one-time fee of $50.00 will be charged for the purchase of books and other necessary supplies.
All students staying until 1p.m. must bring a lunch.

COME VISIT US! Please call the Director, Ann Koch, at (602) 371-0741, to make arrangements for your visit. Yearly tuition is payable monthly. A deposit covering May 2013 tuition is due by May 1, 2012. September 2012 tuition is due September 1, 2012. Monthly tuition is due the 1st of each month through April 1, 2013. There is a 10% tuition discount available to families with more than one child enrolled during the same year (calculated on one class tuition at the lower fee)

RE-ENROLLEES REGISTRATION
All registration forms (registration form, parent signature form, emergency release, immunization update) for all currently enrolled children, siblings and family re-enrollees MUST BE RECEIVED in the preschool office with the $75.00 registration fee no later than 1:30 pm on Thursday, March 8, 2012.
PUBLIC REGISTRATION
Dates: Monday- Thursday, March 12-14
Place: Cross Roads Preschool
Time: 9:00 am- 1:30pm

You must register in person. Absolutely no registration will be accepted in advance or by mail. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the preschool office. A Registration Form, a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and all other required registration forms (blue emergency Information / Immunization Card, parent signature form, confidential form) are required to register all children entering Cross Roads Preschool & Kindergarten for the first time. The $75.00 registration fee is also required. At the time that the forms are completed and approved by the preschool office, a lottery number will be drawn and established on the public registration roll. Lottery numbers will cease at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. At that time all public enrollees will be registered to the classes available. In the event no openings are available, the enrolles will be added to the class waiting list. No exceptions can be made.
