All fees are subject to change. Other fees may occur throughout the year such as additional field trips,
extracurricular activities, special classroom celebrations, class/event sportswear, etc. Fines will be assessed for lost
or damaged books.
Policies Relating to Tuition Payments (K-8th)
Tuition may be paid in one payment ($3,120.00 by August 15th), two payments ($1,560.00 by August 15th and
$1,560.00 by January15th), or in 10 monthly installments (August 15th - May 1st), Payments are due on the 15th of
the month, except for May tuition which is due by the 1st of May. A $25 late fee will be assessed on the 18th of
each month if full payment is not received.
Accounts that are delinquent 30 days result in a pending withdrawal of the student until the account is brought
current or a payment plan has been approved in writing through administration. If the account is suspended, a $25
reinstatement fee will be assessed. In addition, no student will be permitted to participate in graduation activities
unless the account is current.
Policies Relating to After Care Payments (All Students)
After Care Service (ACS) is a separate, additional service provided to the families of our school that may not be
able to pick up their children every day at dismissal time. The fees for ACS are not included in your tuition bill, but
must be paid on time every month in order to continue using the service. A $25 late fee will be assessed on the
18th of each month if full payment is not received. ACS fees can be paid online or through the school office by
check, cash or credit/debit card.
