About Holy Trinity Catholic School

Holy Trinity Catholic School welcomes students regardless of their ethnicity, gender or religious affiliation. A disability, either temporary or permanent, is not grounds for disqualification of admission, providing that, with reasonable accommodations, the school can meet the needs of the student. Admission preferences are given to current school families and members of the four parish communities Holy Cross in Harding, St. John in Lastrup, St. Joseph in Pierz and St. Michael in Buckman.

When registering a child at Holy Trinity, parents will be asked to provide the following:
- child's baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
- child's immunization record and health forms
- child's latest report card and standardized test scores
(Grades 2-6)
- completed registration form
- required fees (non-refundable)

Tuition at Holy Trinity Catholic School
2012-13 tuition is $1,425 per child for the first and second child in a family, $1,075 for the third child and free for additional children in the family. The actual cost per pupil, based on projected enrollment and expenses, is approximately $4,500. The difference between tuition and actual per pupil cost is made up through our parish investment and fundraising. Families desiring a Catholic education for their child/children will NEVER be turned away due to an inability to pay any or all of the set tuition.

Tuition assistance is available for families who are registered in a corporation parish. Please fill out a tuition assistance form located on this web site or call the office to request a form, if you are interested.

Families are expected to help us make up the difference by actively participating in fundraising. Fundraising activities include an annual Fall Marathon, raffle calendar sales and the Spring carnival/raffle. (see registration form)

Families are also expected to volunteer, in the capacity that they are able, their time and talents. Volunteer opportunities include, but are not limited to operation of the school: sharing of expertise and talents, professional knowledge and resources, help with projects and the actual fundraising events. Volunteer services not only allows us to get necessary work done, but also helps to build a strong community!
