FEES, TUITION AND COMMITMENTS 2012-2013
1. NEW STUDENT APPLICATION/ASSESSMENT FEE $150 NON-REFUNDABLE
2. REGISTRATION FEE (PER FAMILY): $275 NON-REFUNDABLE
3. PER CHILD FEES: $325/YEAR NON-REFUNDABLE
Includes: Consumable Books and Supplemental Materials, Computers, Diocesan Assessment, Student Insurance, Testing, Enrichment Programs, Study Trips, Health Room, Student Records and Files.
4. YEARLY TUITION payable:
TWELVE PAYMENTS, July 1 through June 1 each year:
A. Tuition for 1st child K-8: $442/month or $5304/year
for each additional child: $397/month or $4764/year
5. SERVICE COMMITMENT: 60 HOURS/FAMILY
A. 50 hours per family per year @ $15.00/hour.
OR Payment of $750 for service commitment to school.
AND
B. 10 hours for Parent Club Meeting attendance (4/year); $40 for each missed meeting.
6. FUNDRAISING COMMITMENT: $300 PER FAMILY
This commitment may be fulfilled through participation in various fundraisers during the year.
OR
Payment of $350 for fundraising commitment to school.
7. SCRIP PROGRAM: PROFIT OF $300/FAMILY
SCRIP gives a profit from 1.5% to 20% depending on which store or restaurant purchased. Each family must purchase enough SCRIP so that the family's yearly PROFIT amounts to $300. At the end of the year, 50% of the excess profit over this amount will be returned to the family in the form of œcredit  toward tuition expense.

Payment of $350 for SCRIP commitment to school.
