Enrollment Procedures Include:
Complete and return the Application Form with $50 non-refundable registration fee (per student). Signature(s) on form indicate agreement with practices and policies as set forth in the School Handbook.
- Interview between parents and principal, teacher, pastor or School Board member.
- Child\'s completion of placement test(s), if deemed necessary.
- Approval of School Board.
- Completion of enrollment forms (tuition agreement, permissions, medical consents, etc.).
- Receipt of most recent report cards and records from previous school (if any).
- Receipt of immunization records or proof of current immunizations.
- Receipt of first tuition payment per agreement.

Tuition payments may be dropped off in the school office or mailed to the school.
Payment by check is preferred.
1. Annual tuition is divided into 10 equal payments, beginning August 1 (or fewer payments as arranged). Final payment is due May 1.
2. All payments are due on the first of the month. Invoices will be sent if payment is not received by the 10th. Payments not received by the 15th of the respective month will incur a $10 late fee.
3. Report cards will be withheld for students with past due accounts. Accounts 45 days past due may terminate enrollment.
4. Withdrawal/Tuition refund: All fees are based on the full tuition. Students who withdraw from school mid-term will be charged tuition to the end of the quarter in which they withdraw. In the event of withdrawal, tuition payments made in advance will be refunded only for the quarters following the quarter in which the student
withdraws (no partial quarter refunds). Example: If parents choose to withdraw their student after 6 weeks of school and have paid two payments on the 10-payment plan, they will be billed for the balance due for the first quarter.
