Late Payments
A. Full tuition payments are due in advance on the first day of the month. Payments not made by the 10th of the month are considered past due, and a 10% late fee will be assessed. If payment is not made by the 20th of the month, the board president, or his/her designee will send a letter of advisement to the person(s) responsible for payment.
B. If there is no response to the letter of advisement within 10 days, the board president, or his/her designee, will contact the responsible party about this matter. If satisfactory arrangements are not made within 10 days after contact is made, the headmaster will be advised to send home those children for whom tuition has not been paid. Such action does not relieve the responsible party from financial obligations for payment of tuition or fees pursuant to their contract.
C. All tuition obligations must be met before a child may be enrolled for the second semester of the school year, unless satisfactory approval has been made.
D. Final report cards, diplomas, and/or transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to the school are met. Further, seniors may not participate in graduation exercises unless all financial obligations to the school are met.
