I served as Headmaster from 1992 to 1995. During that time we grew to 240 students. We had an excellent Board of Directors. My wife was a 3rd grade teacher. In 2010 she suffered a stoke and died 9 days later at Moore County Hospital. We had a great teaching and support staff when I was there. Sonny was a bus driver and an excellent custodian. We had good boys and girls athletic teams. I left to return to Michigan to get in enough years to retire. I served as a teacher principle and Superintendent of Schools in 8 different places joker 45 years and Flora McDonald was one of my favorite experiences.
