Enrollment will not be complete without all forms and registration fee.
Classes fill on a first-come basis.
If an entrance test is required for new students entering grades 1-12, a $15.00 testing fee is required. This is not necessary if the most recent report card and standardized test scores are provided.

Providence has established a Student Aid Scholarship fund for those desiring assistance in providing a Christian education for their child(ren). These aid funds are distributed based upon the recommendation of Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). Contact our Business Office or see the link on our website for details.
Extended Care Fees (Non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required for K5-6th)
WEEKLY RATE
K5, Extended Care: 69.00
Grade School (1-6) Extended Care: 64.00
Secondary (7-12), Extended Care: 4.75 (hourly) ($8.00 daily max)
Charges are based on registration commitment and are paid by a draft from the family's checking or savings account by FACTS Management Company, along with tuition.
A $10 weekly reduction is given for the second child.
A $15 weekly reduction is given for the third child.
The Grade School After-school Care closes at 6:00 p.m. There is no charge for students picked up by 3:35 p.m. There is a $15.00 late pick-up charge for the first five (5) minutes, and $5.00 for each fifteen (15) minutes thereafter (per child.) Those enrolled in After-school Care will be charged at the weekly rate regardless of the days in attendance.
The Secondary After-school Care closes at 6:00 p.m. An additional $4.00 fee will be assessed if student stays past the 6:00 p.m. closing time. There is no charge for students picked up by 3:35 p.m.
After-school care œclosures will be advertised via the weekly Knightline.

Early morning care (between 6:30 and 7:15 a.m.): Per day
K5 - 6th grade unscheduled after school care: 16.00 Per day
All charges to be paid by the 20th of the month following the month of the charge.
Students not enrolled in the weekly extended care program will be charged the drop-in daily rate.

Monthly payments will be drafted from a checking or savings account through the FACTS Management Company.
Statements are prepared monthly. Please notify the Business Office of any discrepancies within ten (10) days of receipt.
