REGISTRATION FEES (per student) - $150.00 ~ Refundable only if there is not a place for your student.

Pre-K4 - 5th Grade - $425.00
6th - 7th Grade - $475.00*
8th Grade - $545.00 **

Payment is due upfront on or before Friday, May 31, 2013 If enrolling after May 31, 2013, payment is due upfront at time of enrollment.
School Fees are non-refundable. Special consideration is given for those moving from the area.
All fees include accreditation fee, activities, Archdiocesan tax, book rental, clinic,
curriculum materials, special subjects, standardized testing and technology. *includes

Catholic Rate: $6090.00
*Active, Supporting Holy Rosary Parishioner Rate: $5145.00
Non-Catholic Rate: $6930.00
Due to fundraising efforts and donations received, we are able to offer tuition assistance to every family in the form of a lower than cost tuition rate.

*Active, Supporting Holy Rosary Parishioner Rate: In order to receive the Active, Supporting Holy Rosary Parishioner Rate, a family must be registered with the Holy Rosary Parish Office and support the parish regularly through volunteering, attending mass and parish events, and using Sunday envelopes on a regular basis. The Sunday collection helps to maintain the buildings and facilities the school uses. The Pastor has the final decision in all tuition rate matters. Parish record of support is verified in January and June.

Payment of Tuition In Full is due Wednesday, August 7, 2013, for a 3% discount. If enrolling after this date, payment of tuition in full will be due at time of enrollment.

Monthly Payment Plan is available using the Smart Tuition Management Program ( œSmart )
beginning July 10, 2013 and ending May 10, 2014. If enrolling after May 31, 2013, payments will begin at time of enrollment and end May 10, 2014. A $45.00 Smart Administrative Fee per family per school year will be added to the first monthly payment.

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
There is a $ 30.00 Registration Fee per family due with the BASP Registration Form.
Morning (7:00 am - 7:45 am): $2.00 per student per day in attendance
Afternoon (Dismissal - 6:30 pm): ($1.00 per minute after 6:30 pm) $8.00 per student per day in attendance
