TUITION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR (August 20th 2012 thru May 31st 2013)

Because LCS is a non-profit ministry operating on the principle of faith, our tuition is kept as low as possible. Each family is encouraged to participate in our fundraising activities since tuition does not cover the full expense of educating a child at LCS. We use fundraisers and depend on taxdeductible gifts to help us meet our budget requirements.

CURRICULUM FEES: (BOOKS/WORKBOOKS - NON-REFUNDABLE) (Due first day of school)
These fees cover the cost of rental of textbooks and workbooks, and the use of various instructional materials in the classroom. All books belong to the school. If lost, you must pay to replace the book or workbook.

KINDERGARTEN - $110.00
1st GRADE - $210.00
2nd - 5th GRADE - $200.00

ACTIVITY FEE: (NON-REFUNDABLE) (Due first day of school)
GRADES K-5th - $85.00
Activity Fee includes transportation to the public library, field trips, and art supplies. (This does not include admission fees for field trips.)
SCHOOL PICTURES ARE OPTIONAL AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS FEE.

GRADUATION FEE:
Kindergarten only: $30.00 (Due April 1st 2013)
Discount of 10% total Tuition cost for families with 2 or more children enrolled at L.C.S.

EXTENDED CARE PROGRAMS:
GRADES K-5th
We provide care for before and after school. Extended school care begins at 7:00 A.M. and ends at 8:15 A.M. After school extended care begins at 3:30 P.M. and ends at 6:00 P.M. You must be registered for this service. The charge is $38.00 per week and includes snack. Daily charge for extended care is $10.00 and you must register for the days the child will attend. Any student that is not picked up by 3:30 P.M. will be placed in extended care, and you will be charged $10.00.
Late pick-up (after 6:00 P.M.) is $1.00 per minute. If you are continuously late (3 times) a $5.00 per minute fee will be enforced.

SUMMER FUN CAMP:
Summer Fun Camp operates for the weeks of summer from 8:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Liberty Christian will be closed during the week of July 1-5th. Many activities and trips are provided, such as swimming, picnics, bowling, roller-skating, movies, weekly field trips and much more. Activity fee is $50 for Kindergarten and $80 for First-Fifth. This fee covers all field trips and transportation except for optional swimming lessons.

NOTE: To attend Summer Camp your child MUST be registered by May 15th. A $10 late fee will be charged after May 16th. Summer activity fee will be charged to the student account on the June Statement.

VPK PROGRAM - ( Time 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM) August 20th 2012 thru May 31st 2013
Extended Care Registration: $55.00
Weekly Extended Care: $75.00
(Extended Care Hours 7:00 AM - 8:15 A.M. and 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
*No weekly payment due when closed for Christmas & Spring Break.
Children needing care during Spring Break may sign up and pay the regular rate of $120 for the week.

STUDENTS WITHOUT THE VPK VOUCHER
Registration: $55.00

STUDENTS CANNOT START SCHOOL WITHOUT THESE FORMS:
1. Current Physical on Florida HRS Form #3040, Physical Examination Form (yellow)
2. Current Shot Record on Florida HRS form #680, Part A, B and/or C Immunization (Blue) Certificate
3. Copy of Birth Certificate is required for all children.

5. Photo Release Form (In case of child being photographed or video taped)
