*As with most private schools in the United States, Ambleside tuition rates are well below the actual cost of education. We do this in order to make the education affordable to more families. The resulting deficit must be met by generous gifts from individuals, families and businesses, as well as, one major annual all school fundraiser.

Tuition Payments
Tuition may be paid in full, by semester (half), or in 10 monthly payments beginning with the first payment on August 1, 2012 and the last payment on May 1, 2013.

Military and Multi-child Discounts
Active duty military families receive a 15% tuition discount. Families that have more than one child attending Ambleside receive discounted pricing for each additional child enrolled. The discounts are as follows:
One child: Regular Tuition
Two Children: 5% Tuition Discount
Three Children: 10% Tuition Discount
Four or more Children: 15% Tuition Discount

Entrance Assessment/Observation Fee per child $50.00 (non-refundable, applied to tuition if enrolled)

Supply Fees
Pre-K - Sixth: $160.00
Seventh - Eighth: $200.00
Ninth - Twelfth: $350.00
High School Gold's Gym: $200.00 (10 mos)

Extended Day Program Fee per Child: $7.00 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Application and Scholarships
Ambleside School of San Angelo will consider financial aid or scholarship applications from families with limited resources. Partial financial aid will be granted on a limited basis. Financial assistance for tuition is available to students in grades first - twelfth on a limited basis and is based on financial need. Requests for scholarship assistance are made via the School and Student Service (SSS) Applications which are available in the school office, or may be submitted on-line at https://sss.nais.org or by calling(800) 344-8328. Each family requesting financial aid must submit the completed applications to SSS, a third party reviewer, for evaluation by July 29, 2012. The Board will consider the recommendations of this third party reviewer for all applicants, and the results will be conveyed to each recipient by August 26, 2012.
