Applications received after March 7th 2012, require the full registration fee to be paid upon enrollment.

**Notre Dame School is contracted with a tuition management company called SMART Tuition.
You will set up your SMART account with the Preschool Director when you meet to review your application. Your first month's tuition may need to be immediately paid to the office, in order to be aligned with the current billing cycle.
All other financial questions can be answered by calling the office at 965-1033.

Payment Options
1. Pay in full.
2. Create a 10, 11, or 12 month payment plan through SMART.
3. Fulfill requirement of 30 service hours to the school or pay $300.00 at the end of
the school year.

Registration Fee
There is non-refundable registration fee of $250 per child. Payment may be made in full in March or split into two payment ($125 each) in March and May.
Registration Fees pay for: Registration Materials, Books, Clerical Time, Computers, PE, ART, Music, Library, Supplies, Testing Materials, Student Insurance, and Building Maintenance.

Tuition Collection, Payment Plans and Automatic Deductions
Any family which is two tuition payments behind will be given thirty days notice to pay the tuition which is due or to find an alternative placement for their child or children. Arrangements can be made with the principal and/or pastor if a hardship exists. Parents are responsible for contacting the principal if a tuition payment cannot be made.

Tuition Assistance
Partial scholarships and tuition assistance are offered for students in grades K-8 and are based on need and information disclosed on a financial statement. In order to be considered for financial assistance, parents must apply to the Catholic Education Foundation and/or SMART Tuition Aid Analysis and pay the registration fee in full or have created a payment plan with the principal. Families receiving a scholarship must continue to demonstrate a generous volunteer attitude and continue monthly tuition payments.

Parent Service Program and Fundraising Requirements
Notre Dame is in partnership with the parents to educate the students and therefore are encouraged to participate in their children's education. Each family is responsible to fulfill 30 service hours at a value of $10.00 per hour. Five of those hours are dedicated to either the Golf Tournament, Auction, or spring fundraiser. Parents may choose to pay a $300.00 non-participation buy-out at the beginning of the school year. Families who do not complete the services hours will be charged the equivalent monetary amount of the remaining service hours on May 20th.
In order to work with students, all volunteers must be fingerprinted and Vitrus trained. Free fingerprinting sessions are held at Santa Barabara and Ventura area churches monthly. Free Virtus trainings are offered on campus throughout the year.
