Tuition Aid
Tuition Aid is available for families unable to pay the full tuition. Applications are available in the office and all inquiries are managed discretely. Tuition Aid applications must be completed and returned to the office by May 15 to be posted for the following school year. Applications will be considered throughout the year if a family's situation changes.

Payment Options
Tuition statements from St. James are generated in May for the following school year. Invoices will be sent from FACTS in early June requiring parents to set up their accounts before July 1. St. James offers three options for paying tuition. Tuition may be paid in Full July 15 or in two payments July 15 and January 15. A payment plan is offered over an eleven month period commencing in July. Choosing the monthly payment plan requires purchase of the Tuition Refund Plan.
