FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FORMS are available ON-LINE at www.factstuitionaid.com or at the school office. Financial Aid is only available for Grades K-5. Priority is given to those families that have been enrolled in our system for at least ONE YEAR. All prior year balances for tuition and programs MUST BE SATISFIED before financial aid can be awarded. The application fee for Financial Aid is the responsibility of the family applying.

The application deadline to FACTS® Grant and Aid Assessment is usually April 1st preceding the year for which assistance is being sought.

Tuition Payment Options are listed on the back of the Application for Admission. All Application and Acceptance Fees are non-refundable.

Payment Options
The SMART system is used to bill tuition and parents have the option to select from a variety of payment plans (annual, quarterly, monthly, etc.) and methods (mail-in, auto debit, etc.). See links below.

Refund Policy
Families must notify the school in writing if a student is withdrawn from the school. Tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE unless a family is relocated out of the area. If the family is relocated, refunds will be calculated as follows:

Prior to November 1 75% of tuition
November 1 - February 2850% of tuition
March 1 - end of school year 0% of tuition

(Refunds are processed within 30 days from the child's last day of school and sent to the family's new address.)
