2012 - 2013 FAITH LUTHERAN SCHOOL AND PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEES

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AUGUST 1 THROUGH MAY 1 (10 MONTHLY PAYMENTS). There is a discount offer for Tuition Paid-in-Full before classes begin, as well as, sibling discounts!

Simply Giving, the automated withdrawal system used by Faith Lutheran School, is preferred. To enroll in the program, complete the SIMPLY GIVING FORM (available on Faith Lutheran School website or from the school office) and return the form to the school along with a voided check. All auto-draft payments will be a single payment on the 10th of the month. Tuition and fees paid by check or cash are due on the 1st of the month. A late payment fee of $50 will be charged after the 10th of the month. In the event of withdrawal or dismissal, all fees and tuitions are NON-refundable. Students with tuition in arrears may be withheld from class until payment is current. Student\'s grades, credits and transcripts will NOT be released until all applicable tuition and fees are paid.

There is a $75.00 testing fee for students applying for Kindergarten - 5th grade
