About St. Lawrence Catholic School

Tuition Rates and Fees:
Grade 1: Student must be 6 years of age on or before September 1, 2013 and have completed kindergarten from an accredited public or non-public school/program.

Tuition rates are determined yearly based on a percentage of the actual cost to educate each student. Tuition and fees are subject to change each school year. Revenue for operating costs each year comes from three sources:
1)Tuition
2)School fundraising through the Parents Club
3)Subsidy from St. Lawrence Parish Community

Families must be registered members of St. Lawrence community for six months prior to enrollment with a minimum of $30 per week offertory contribution to receive the Parish Supporting tuition rate. The parish priest must be contacted for information on eligibility of subsidy, and a form regarding eligibility must be filled out and returned to the school office. Families new to the area must show proof of prior parish affiliation before receiving the Parish Supporting tuition rate. St. Lawrence reserves the right to determine tuition rates for all families applying to our school.

Registration Fee: (New Students)$200.00 payable at time of registration for each child (Non-refundable)

Placement Testing: (New Student Grade 1-7):$ 25.00 payable at time of registration for each child

Parents' Club Classroom Activity Fee: $ 50.00 per student ($150 max. per family) payable at time of registration

Middle School Curriculum Fee (Grades 6-8): $400.00 per student payable at time of registration OR monthly through the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan.

Early Childhood tition is a flat rate, not part of multiple child dicounts as noted below. If you have other children enrolled in our school you will be given a $100 discount from the Early Childhood rates listed above.

Other Catholic Parish Supporting Rate: $8,375 per child

Non-Catholic Rate: $9,694 per child

Families may choose to pay their tuition in one of two ways:
1. Full payment of tuition directly to the school by June 30, 2013 with a 2% discount.
2. A ten month payment plan made directly to F.A.C.T.S. on the 5th or 20th of each month, July 2013 - April 2014.

The F.A.C.T.S. plan is an automatic cash transfer plan.

*Parish Supporting Tuition: St. Lawrence is a Stewardship Parish and members are asked to pledge their fair share gift to God, after prayerful consideration of all the blessings received from Him. However, when school tuition is based on the fact that families support the Parish, a minimum guideline has been established in fairness to all. Active supporting members will be those giving at least $30.00 per week for a minimum of six (6) months prior to enrollment.
