Active Parishioner Rate
An active parishioner is registered at St. James Church, attends Mass regularly, uses the weekly envelope and participates in all mandatory school fundraisers. If you are not currently a registered parishioner of St. James Parish, and accepted, you will be asked to pay the COST PER PUPIL rate. Once registered in the Parish, there is a six month waiting period to show parish support before reducing tuition to ACTIVE PARISHIONER status.

General Fee (Non-refundable)
The General Fee helps defray the cost of books, classroom supplies, ITBS testing, health services, general art supplies, student insurances, computer supplies, and one yearbook per student. Returning families pay the General Fee according to the schedule below. New families are required to pay the General Fee the week following their acceptance letter.

Kindergarten
Due on June 1: $375 per student
after June 10: $400
after July 10: $425
Grades 1 - 8
Due on June 1: $325 per student
after June 10: $350
after July 10: $375

SJS Education Foundation A minimum of $500. per family is expected during the course of each school year. This may be paid monthly, quarterly, or in one payment. Please use the special WHITE envelope.
Capital Improvement Fee $500. One-time fee is assessed to all new families so that they may contribute to recent/current/future building projects and maintenance, as all returning families have already done. This may be paid monthly, quarterly, or in one payment. Please use the special YELLOW envelope.
