2012/2013 Fees Due at Registration:

For Preschool, Pre-K, and TK students: There is a $250.00 non-refundable registration fee per student for preschool, and $300 non-refundable registration fee per student for Pre-K and TK. This fee also pays for student insurance, one Spirit Shirt, and a Nap Mat. Students must be three years of age by November 1, 2012 and fully potty-trained to enroll in the Preschool classes and four years of age by November 1, 2012 and fully potty-trained to enroll in the Pre-Kindergarten classes. Applications will not be considered until all required paperwork is submitted.

For Kindergarten through Grade 8:
Returning Student Registration Fee for Kindergarten is $450.00 (which includes all classroom supplies) and the 1st-8th grade registration fee is $400.(supply lists will be sent home in the summer).

New Student Registration Fee for Kindergarten is $475.00 (which includes all classroom supplies) and the 1st -8th grade registration fee is $425.00 (supply lists will be sent home in the summer).
This per student fee covers Student Accident Insurance, Book Rental, Curriculum Consumables, General Art and Music Materials, Computer Technology/Software, Standardized Testing, Spirit Shirt, Yearbook, Agenda, and homework folders. All K-8 students new to the school must pass the Entrance Evaluation which will also determine appropriate course or grade level placement. Students not accepted by the school will receive a partial refund. The Registration fee is not refundable for any other reason. Applications will not be considered until all required paperwork is submitted.

TUITION
Tuition For Preschool and Pre-K students:

FIRST PAYMENT DUE JULY 1
Monthly tuition is calculated by the total number of days in the school year divided by ten equal payments. Consequently, monthly tuition remains constant regardless of the number of school days that month. Payment is due the FIRST of each month beginning July through April; *Please note that there is no tuition payment due in May or June. Bills are not issued for monthly tuition. Tuition is late after the 5th of the month and a 10% penalty will be assessed on the total family account balance. Extensions for payment are not provided when due dates occur on weekends or holidays. Payment options are listed below:

Option #1*: Ten monthly pre-authorized withdrawals from your bank account through the Thrivent Simply Giving® program.
Option #2*: Tuition may be prepaid for the entire school year on or before July 1 and a 3% discount will be deducted from your family account balance.
Option #3: Ten monthly payments by personal check or cash submitted to the school office by the 5th of each month.

*NOTE: Options #1 and #2 are strongly encouraged and greatly appreciated as they enable our school to direct our time and resources to other areas.

TUITION - Annual (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)*
5 Days Per Week (FULL TIME: M-F): $6,550.00 per year
3 Days Per Week (M/W/F): $4,900.00 per year
2 Days Per Week (T/Th): $3,900.00 per year

Discounts will be provided for full-time (5 day) students only on a total family tuition basis.

For a family with 2 students, subtract $200.00 from the total yearly family tuition amount.
For a family with 3 students, subtract $800.00 from the total yearly family tuition amount.
For a family with 4 students, subtract $1,500.00 from the total yearly family tuition amount.

Tuition For Kindergarten through Grade 8

FAMILY DISCOUNTS - Discounts will be provided on a total family tuition basis.

For a family with 2 students in Grades K-8, subtract $200.00 from the total yearly family tuition amount.
For a family with 3 students in Grades K-8, subtract $800.00 from the total yearly family tuition amount.
For a family with 4 students in Grades K-8, subtract $1,500.00 from the total yearly family tuition amount.

RHLC MEMBER DISCOUNTS - A Church Membe Discount Agreement Card (available in the school office) must be completed by any family seeking to qualify for this discount. A meeting with Pastor Seth to obtain his signature is required. A family must have completed the church membership process by July 1, 2012 and regularly attend (2-4 times a month).

Supplemental Costs:
For Preschool, Pre-K and TK students:
PRIDE Hours (Ten service hours per family per year for five day students and five service hours per family per year for three or two day students OR $25.00 for every hour not served), Special Events, Pictures, Yearbook, and other incidental costs will be the parents' responsibility.
For Kindergarten through Grade 8:
PRIDE Service Hours (Ten service hours per year per family or $25.00 for every hour not served), Special Events, Class Trips, Pictures and other incidental costs will be the parents' responsibility.
