The testing fee is due on the day we receive the application. The registration fee is due upon the child's acceptance to the school. Registration fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

EXPLANATION OF THE SCHOOL BILL

The bill will be mailed to you on the last week of June and is due by July 31. You will be billed for:

September's Tuition: Tuition is due on the 15th of each month, one month in advance.

Technology Fees: $20.00

Educational Fee: (refundable) $50.00
After attending 3 parent meetings the amount will be refunded on your next tuition. We have six parent meetings during the school year. You will also receive 5 hours towards your 26 service hours for attending the 3 meetings.

Playground Lunch Supervision: $40.00

Raffle Ticket Book: Mandatory for each school family. You can recuperate your $50.00 by selling your tickets.

Service Hours: (26) You will be provided with a list of what you can do to complete the 26 hours. You will be charged $15.00 per hour if you do not complete them.

Book Fee: $140.00 per child

Technology Fee: $20.00

Cultural Arts Fee: $30.00 per child

Festival Hours: It is mandatory to work 14 hours at the Festival. The hours can be scheduled with 2 parents working together.

Plan A: Paid by the family who is registered in the parish, uses Sunday church envelopes, complies with fundraisers, and donates 26 hours of service.

$550.00 per month for two children
$690.00 per month for three children

Plan B: Paid by the family who is registered in the parish, uses Sunday church envelopes, and complies with fundraisers. No service hours
$408.00 per month for one child
$632.00 per month for two children
$795.00 per month for three children

Plan C: Paid by the family who is registered in the parish, does not use the Sunday church envelopes or is not registered in the parish, but does comply with fund raisers and donates 26 hours of service.
$390.00 per month for one child
$600.00 per month for two children
$760.00 per month for three children


20% WILL BE ADDED FOR THE 4TH CHILD IN ANY PLAN


Registration fees:

$50.00 per family per year for festival tickets

All families must have FIVE MONTHS of donations at the time of verification in order to qualify for the reduced tuition plan. Verification takes place twice a year, once in mid-May and once in mid-December. Any changes in tuition will occur at the beginning of the new semester - September and February ONLY.

ALL FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER 14 HOURS AT THE FESTIVAL. PARTICIPATION IN THE CANDY DRIVE IS ALSO MANDATORY.

Tuition Rate: This is based upon your status as a parishioner and service hours.

Church: You must have five months worth of donations before a tuition plan can be changed. At the time of orientation each family will already have been checked. If you have been using the envelopes on a regular basis since the beginning of January, (5 months), you are eligible for a lower tuition plan. If you are a parishioner but not using the Sunday Church envelopes, you are not eligible for the lower rate. However, the tuition rate can be changed at the beginning of the second semester as donations are checked twice a year, May 15 & December 15 ONLY.

Service Hours: (26) You will be provided with a list of what you can do to complete the 26 hours. You will be charged $15.00 per hour if you do not complete them.

Festival Hours: (14) It is mandatory to work 14 hours at the Festival. The hours can be scheduled with 2 parents working together.
