* Archdiocesan Rate: This rate is available to families who meet the above Holy Trinity Parish requirements. Parishioners of Archdiocese of Washington parishes other than Holy Trinity may also receive this rate. A form will be available in the office for you to present to your Pastor for his completion.
PLEASE NOTE: Parents are responsible for the whole tuition upon accepting a child's placement in class. Tuition and fees are not refundable. A signed Admissions and Tuition Agreement is required each year.
Instructional fees: All instructional fees are included in the tuition rate (textbooks, art, technology and yearbook). Additional fees may be charged for field trips, school events and other activities.
Tutoring Fees: The annual fee of the Tutoring Program is $7,000. An additional agreement is required at the time that tutoring is scheduled.
After School Program Fees: $5.00 an hour. Drop-in fee is $25.00/day for each child. Information on payment options will be included with program's enrollment materials.
Other Program Fees: Hot Lunch, milk and pizza fees are determined in the summer after the approval of the school calendar. Registration materials will be sent to parents by TADS before the start of school. All other fees will be determined
as the year progresses and will be included at the time registration materials are sent to parents. This will include CYO (sports), field trip, or event entrance/ticket fees.
Tuition and Fee Payment: Holy Trinity School uses a tuition management group, TADS, to assist in enrollment, registration and collection of its tuition and fees. TADS will send notification to families when tuition agreements are available and when registration/enrollment is open to optional programs. Parents agree to abide by the terms and conditions provided in each of the TADS agreements. Payment of all tuition and fees is due at time of agreement unless a monthly payment option is determined to be necessary. Monthly payments will begin no earlier than June for the next school year.
Returned Payments: A $29 penalty will be assessed for returned payments. Returned payments must be replaced with a certified check, money order, cash or as directed by TADS.
Late Fees: A $25.00 late fee will be charged by Holy Trinity for any payment received after the due date. An additional $29.00 fee will be charged by TADS.
Delinquent Accounts: An account that is more than one month overdue is delinquent. Holy Trinity may ask parents to withdraw their children if tuition and fee payments are delinquent. Under certain circumstances financial aid may be
available. Please contact us prior to any late payment.
Transcripts/Records: will not be forwarded to another school until tuition and fees are paid in full.
Financial Aid: A confidential financial disclosure statement is required for consideration in both Holy Trinity's and the Archdiocese of Washington's programs. Holy Trinity will give priority to families who have been in the school for at least one year. There is a small fee for submitting an application. (Please contact the office if assistance is needed with fee).
Note: The non-refundable tuition deposit paid at time of (re)-registration will be applied to tuition accounts after the beginning of second semester. Families paying monthly through our tuition payment program should see their credit in January/February 2013.
