For the 2012-2013 School Year

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT
The student is considered successfully enrolled once the following items are submitted to the school: completed, signed enrollment contract; selection of a payment plan; and enrollment into FACTS (if applicable). When signed by both parents (or by the child\'s custodial parent or others responsible for payment), the enrollment contract confirms the student\'s enrollment and becomes effective June 1, 2012.

SCHEDULE OF CHARGES
ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT $1,000
Paid once upon enrollment in the school, the deposit is held and re-applied each spring to secure enrollment for the following year. The deposit may be reduced for students who receive financial assistance and is refunded upon separation from the school once all outstanding bills have been paid.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE $1,850
This is a one time per student fee for all new students and is billed and payable in July 2012. It is non-refundable, cannot be pro-rated and is not applied to tuition. Financial aid is applied to this fee.

TUITION $35,120
Tuition includes lunch and all costs of instruction except for textbooks and other fees/charges listed on this schedule. After June 1st, the School will make no rebate of tuition for absence, withdrawal, dismissal or transfer. Parents are urged to read carefully sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the enrollment contract, and the detailed information provided on the Tuition Refund and Group Accident Insurance plans. Tuition Refund is mandatory unless Payment Plan #1 is selected. Unless waived on the enrollment contract, premiums for both plans will be billed to all accounts. Thereafter, waivers may be requested in writing by parents prior to September 1, and if permitted, the student\'s account will be adjusted in September. No waivers can be permitted after September 1, 2012.

Tuition Refund Insurance: 0.006 x $ tuition is available and provides a percentage refund in cases of either medical or non medical absence or separation.
Group Accident Insurance: $22.00 provides $1,000 first dollar coverage for accidents occurring during the 12 month period, beginning with the opening day of school.

TECHNOLOGY & STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE $950
This is a non-refundable per student fee. It will be billed and payable in accordance with the tuition payment plan selected. Financial aid is applied to this fee.

BOOKS AND OTHER CHARGES
Textbooks, school supplies, optional private music lessons, coordinate Voyageur program fee, Parents Association dues, class dues and other items charged by students are billed and are payable monthly.

FIELD TRIPS/RETREATS
Ninth and twelfth graders are billed $160 in the fall for their respective retreats. Financial aid is applied to these trips/retreats.
