Tuition & Fees
Tuition rates for the school year are set annually and are available at the time of registration.
All active, practicing Catholics in the Archdiocese of Washington will receive a reduced tuition rate. Validation is required. Status of Catholics in the Archdiocese of Washington will be verified with the church offices. Tuition rates for the current school year are listed below. For the 2013-2014 school year, tuition will be raised approximately three percent.

Tuition
For the current, 2012-2013 school year, the tuition rates are as follows:
- $10,600
- $8,375 for active Catholics in the Archdiocese of Washington

Fees
- A one-time registration fee of $300 for each family, $100 of which is applied to the last tuition payment. This fee is non-refundable.
- A Home School Association fee of $50 per student
- $1,000 deposit required for each new student. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the second half of tuition payments.
- There is no application fee.
- For current students, the registration fee is due at the time of registration; for new students, the registration fee and deposit is due when an offer of placement of placement is made.
In addition to tuition and the registration fee, parents may be asked to buy minor supplies for their children on occasion.
Parents are also asked to participate in the annual giving campaign in the fall and the annual school auction/gala in the winter.

Please Note: Parents who withdrawal their child(ren) for any reason at any time after June 1 will be responsible for full tuition payment for the following academic year.

Payment
The following payment plans are available:
Full Tuition: Full tuition payment is due on or before June 15
Standard Plan: One half of the full tuition is due on or before June 15; second half of full tuition is due on or before November 15
Ten-Month Plan: Ten monthly installments are due on or before the 15th of each month, June through March. Monthly tuition payments are made through FACTS electronic payment system. Registration for FACTS must take place in May so the account is set up to begin payments in June.
Tuition assistance is offered on a limited basis through the Archdiocese of Washington and St. Peter's Church. Families who plan to apply through St. Peter's Church must apply through the Archdiocese of Washington first.

The ADW tuition assistance application deadline is December 7, 2012. St. Peter's Church will accept its own applications for tuition assistance in April 2013. Please call the main office for more details.

Extended Care Rates
For the current, 2012-2013, school year:
- $350 per child per month for regular attendance in the aftercare program
- $25 per child per day for drop-in attendance in the aftercare program
- $2 per child per day for the Before Care program (drop in basis)
Extended Care payments are made separately, by check, to the Extended Care program.
