$400 per family
For those families with ONLY a preschool student attending a 2 or 3 day program, the registration fee will be $200.
Application and enrollment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Wellington Christian School has contracted with FACTS Management Company to electronically process our monthly tuition payments. FACTS serves over 3,500 schools nationwide and is the industry leader in automatic payment processing for private schools. Please contact the Wellington Christian School Business Office at Ext. 2601 for FACTS enrollment instructions.

If the monthly payment option is selected, tuition is payable in twelve equal payments with the first payment payable in June 2012 and then consecutively each month following through May 2013.
Tuition for students in Extended Care and/or After School Care on a regular basis will be added to the academic tuition to form one monthly amount.
OCCASIONAL CARE: $7 per hour with prior arrangements made through the school office as space is available. Occasional care will be billed monthly and is not automatically deducted.
Supplementary Fees
Below is a summary listing of supplementary fees for Student Activity, Athletics, Fine Arts and Educational Services. Not all of these fees apply to every student.

Activity Fees
Elementary (Kdg. - 5th grade) $320
Middle School (6th - 8th grade) $800
High School (9th - 12th grade) $920
The student activity fee includes all field trips and other activities, including retreats, (5th grade Washington D.C. trip), œWeek Without Walls , etc. It also includes yearbook, planner, transportation (field trip and athletic events) and all other costs associated with academic activities.
Athletic Fee: $70.00 per sport (billed to elementary and secondary students at time of participation)
Fine Arts Fee: $65.00 - Art, Band, Choir and Drama (6th - 12th grade)
*Educational Services Fees (ESE/McKay)
ESE Annual Fee $150.00
McKay Program Fees $850.00
*These fees are for administration of the ESE programs and does not cover individual student services such as tutoring, resource room, etc.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Activity Fee, ESE Fee and McKay Fees will be added to the tuition and processed through FACTS on a monthly basis. The Athletic Fees and Fine Art Fees will be billed separately and an electronic statement will be emailed to you on a monthly basis.
