1. The child in the highest grade will always be considered the first child in a family when computing school fees.
2. The entire school fee for the year is due on or before August 1. For the convenience of the parents, the yearly cost may be paid in ten equal payments beginning August 1 and ending May 1.
3. All accounts will be due and payable the 1 of each month. A 1.5% st late fee will be assessed for accounts not paid by the 15th of each month. Any student whose account is not paid in full up-to-date on or before the last day of each month may not be allowed to attend Hartford Christian Academy until such time as the account is paid in full up-to-date.
4. Report cards and/or transcripts will not be released if the account is delinquent.
5. All registration fees are non-refundable. While no further increase is expected, all fees are subject to change. A fee of $100.00 will be assessed for the early withdrawal or dismissal of a student.
6. The Matriculation Fee includes but is not limited to the following out-of-pocket expenses: Books, Camp, Yearbook, Field Trips, Sports, Music, Testing, Graduation, Awards, CACS Fees, Regional Competition, Science Lab, Activities, Teacher Aides, Phys ed/library/computer
Not included in this fee are individual meal costs for trips, bake sales, national competition, winter retreat and mission trips.
