GENERAL TUITION INFORMATION - 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR
NOTE: This information is for the 2012-2013 school year only. Tuition rates, interest rates, and dates will be adjusted by March 31 for the 2013-2014 school year.

IN PARISH TUITION
The current tuition for families who belong to and are active in their parish is $4,692 for a single student. If multiple children from the same family attend, the family tuition is $6,983.

OUT OF PARISH TUITION
Families who are not active members of a Catholic Parish will be required to pay $5,508 for a single student. If multiple children from the same family attend, the family tuition is $6,774.

PAYMENT
Parents may pay the entire tuition in one lump sum or make monthly payments. If parents wish to pay monthly, an automatic payment deduction must be established.
All parents who plan to make monthly payments must be enrolled in the FACTS online payment plan to be fully registered. Applications must be submitted online at our website under Parents and Tuition Assistance at http://www.cchsknights.org by August 1, 2012.

Tuition refund Policy
Tuition is charged until the day a signed withdrawal form is completed by the parents and submitted to the school office.
1. Students whose tuition was paid in full will be charged a daily rate and a refund for the remaining tuition.
2. Students whose family is paying by month will not be refunded the payments received.
3. Students whose family is behind in payment will not have their transcripts sent to their new school until payment is made in full.

SCHOOL FEES
Wheeling Central charges fees for the following courses to offset the additional supplies required for the particular class. Students who are enrolled in these classes will be assessed the fees. These fees should be paid in full to the school by the first day of classes.

2. Art - $75
3. Technology - $100
