A non-refundable deposit of 10% of total tuition is due on March 1st.
Payment Plans:
Tuition balances (tuition less deposit) may be paid in one of three payment plans:
Plan 1: Tuition balance paid in full, due July 2, 2012
Plan 2: Tuition balance paid in two (2) equal payments, due July 2, 2012, and January 2, 2013, plus administrative fee (4% of tuition)
Plan 3: Tuition balance paid in ten (10) equal payments July through April, plus administrative fee (8% of tuition)

ADDITIONAL FEES / DISCOUNTS
Application Fee: Completed application and $50 non-refundable fee are required before initial interview for new applicants.

Tuition deposit is 10% of tuition and is non-refundable.

Activity Fee
Preschool $155
K - 3rd grade $265
4th - 6th grade $415

Co-op Fee OR Hours: $900 or 30 hours - all programs

FINANCIAL POLICIES
Tuition Refunds
Tuition fees are non-refundable after July 1st except in the case of employment transfer over 50 miles or the medical disability of the child. In the case of a transfer or medical disability, 90 days of tuition, from the date of withdrawal, will be required. After this requirement is met, any remaining funds will be refunded.
Payment Plan Changes
A $50 fee will be charged for changes in the payment plan after May 15, 2012.
Program Changes
A $50 fee will be charged for program changes. Requests for program changes submitted after March 1st will be considered only if space is available.
Returned Checks
A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Late Payment
A $50 fee will be charged for any payment not received by the due date. 30 days after payment is due, the child will be automatically suspended until payments are current.
