PART ONE
Registration Fees
These fees cover the basic start-up cost for the school year and are paid annually. Registration fees are non-refundable. There will be no discounts given on the basic registration fee for multiple children in one family. The Registration Fee for the school year is as follows:
OPTION 1
IF PAID IN FULL BY MARCH 30th:
K-5th: $300.00* per student
6th-8th: $325.00* per student
OPTION 2
IF PAYING IN INCREMENTS AND PAID BY MAY 31st:
K-5th: $350.00* per student
6th-8th: $375.00* per student

1st $100.00 payment by March 30th, 1st $125.00 payment by March 30th
2nd $125.00 payment by April 30th, 2nd $125.00 payment by April 30th
3rd $125.00 payment by May 31st, 3rd $125.00 payment by May 31st

PART TWO
Tuition
Tuition is figured on an annual basis and may be paid in one of THREE METHODS.

METHOD ONE
ANNUALLY - An early-pay discount of $200.00 per student will be granted for accounts paid in full by August 1st.

METHOD TWO
10 MONTH PLAN - each payment is due on the first of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.

METHOD THREE
12 MONTH PLAN - Must have administration approval. Each payment is due on the first of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed.

TUITION DISCOUNTS
1) Church membership (10%) *A discount is given to those who regularly attend and have a regular pattern of tithing.
2) 2nd & 3rd Sibling (5%)
3)Pay in full by August 1st ($200.00)

8:15am - 1:20pm
1st Child - Annual Tuition $ 4,850.00
2nd & 3rd Child- Annual Tuition $4,607.50

*Take an additional $200.00 off annual tuition if paid in full by August 1st.
10 Month Plan $ 485.00 / $460.75

8:15am-3:00pm
1st Child - Annual Tuition $ 5,050.00
2nd & 3rd Child - Annual Tuition $4,797.50

K - 8 EXTENDED DAY CARE FEES (Monthly per child)
AM (6:30AM - 8:15AM) $100.00
PM (3:15PM - 6:00PM) $125.00

Occasional Use *per hour, or any part of an hour $5.00
PM Kindergarten (1:20PM - 3:00PM) $50.00
Non-Instructional Days $15.00

NOTE: students signed up for both AM and PM daycare will not incur this charge. Please note: You will be assessed a $1.00 late charge every minute after 6:00PM.

Tuition Policies
TUITION PAYMENT
Payments may be made by check, cash, money order, Visa, and MasterCard. Please make checks payable to Calvary Chapel Academy.

LATE PAYMENTS
All tuition payments are due by the 1st of the month and are considered late if not received by the 5th of each month. If the 5th day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, payments must be made by the last school day prior to the fifth. A $25.00 late fee will be charged for any tuition payment paid after the fifth of the month. If an account is delinquent for more than one month the student may be removed from school unless special arrangements have been made.

WITHDRAWALS
One-half of a monthly payment will be charged for any student withdrawn or dismissed prior to the tenth of any month that he/she attends, full charges being due for attendance after that date. The month of June is excluded and the full charges must be paid. Two weeks written notice prior to withdrawal is required.

RETURNED CHECKS
There is a $25.00 charge for any checks returned from the bank due to insufficient funds.
